Geodon Welcome Kit

A full welocme kit to be displayed in a doctors office for patients to take. The kit include brochures, stickers and register thumb-drive ( yeah its old ) for patients to enroll into the program. Geodon was a prescribed drug and therapy program for people suffering from bipolar and schizophrenia disorder.
